Refund policy

Due to the intimate/hygienic nature of this product, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items.

Eligible for refund:

• Unopened, unused packages returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items damaged in transit (photo proof required) — full refund or replacement, no return needed
• Incorrect item shipped — full refund or replacement, no return needed

Not eligible for refund:

• Opened or used packaging
• Products past the 14-day window
• Subscription orders already processed and shipped (cancel before your next billing date to avoid this)

How to request a refund: Email info@tryendurix.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and next steps within 1 business day.

Subscription cancellations: Cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
